Maggi Ball

Ingredients
  

  • Maggi : 1 big pack
  • Cooked meat : 2 big pieces
  • Chopped onion : 3 nos
  • Chilly : 8 nos
  • Ginger : 1 big piece
  • Garlic : 10 or 12 nos
  • Coriander leaves : few
  • Curry leaves : few
  • Garam masala : as reqd
  • Turmeric powder : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Pepper powder :as required
  • Oil : as required
  • Bread crumbs : 1 cup
  • Beaten egg : 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Cook maggi by putting 2 packs of maggi masala with maggi in some water.
  • Allow it to cool so that it becomes gummy.
  • Grind garlic, ginger and chilly in a grinder.
  • Shred the cooked meat by using a grinder.
  • Take a pan. Pour some oil and put the chopped onion. Saute them till they become brown in color.
  • When the onion becomes half brown color, put some garam masala, pepper powder and turmeric powder and salt. Continue sautéing.
  • Add garlic, ginger and chili paste to it.
  • Add the shredded meat to it and sauté them well.
  • Add coriander and curry leaves to it and off the stove.
  • Mix the maggi with meat masala thoroughly.
  • Make small balls with the mixture.
  • Dip each ball in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
  • Fry them in oil.
  • Serve hot.
