Cook maggi by putting 2 packs of maggi masala with maggi in some water.
Allow it to cool so that it becomes gummy.
Grind garlic, ginger and chilly in a grinder.
Shred the cooked meat by using a grinder.
Take a pan. Pour some oil and put the chopped onion. Saute them till they become brown in color.
When the onion becomes half brown color, put some garam masala, pepper powder and turmeric powder and salt. Continue sautéing.
Add garlic, ginger and chili paste to it.
Add the shredded meat to it and sauté them well.
Add coriander and curry leaves to it and off the stove.
Mix the maggi with meat masala thoroughly.
Make small balls with the mixture.
Dip each ball in beaten egg and bread crumbs.
Fry them in oil.
Serve hot.
