Mutton Soup With Brain

Made with mutton bone, brain and added Indian spices

Ingredients
  

  • Mutton bone and brain : 1 head of goat
  • Crushed coriander : 2 tsp
  • 3 tsp Crushed pepper : 2
  • Ghee : ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves : 20 leaves
  • Small onion / onion : 2 tsp chopped
  • Mustard : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the brain and bones.
  • In a cooker add this bone and brain, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, salt, some curry leaves and pinch of turmeric powder.
  • Add 4 cups of water, stir, cover and cook till the soup for 1 cup.
  • Enter Step
  • Drain it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan add mustard, splutter, add chopped onion and curry leaves.
  • Stir till it golden colour. [don’t burn it]
  • Add the soup in to it.
  • Stir well and serve hot.
