Mutton Soup With Brain
Made with mutton bone, brain and added Indian spices

- Mutton bone and brain : 1 head of goat
- Crushed coriander : 2 tsp
- 3 tsp Crushed pepper : 2
- Ghee : ½ tsp
- Curry leaves : 20 leaves
- Small onion / onion : 2 tsp chopped
- Mustard : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : a pinch
- Salt : to taste
Clean and wash the brain and bones.
In a cooker add this bone and brain, crushed coriander, crushed pepper, salt, some curry leaves and pinch of turmeric powder.
Add 4 cups of water, stir, cover and cook till the soup for 1 cup.

Drain it.
Heat ghee in a pan add mustard, splutter, add chopped onion and curry leaves.
Stir till it golden colour. [don’t burn it]
Add the soup in to it.
Stir well and serve hot.
