Ingredients
  

  • Ladies finger : 250 gm
  • Onion sliced : 1 medium
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida : ¼ tsp
  • Amchur powder : ½ tsp
  • Gram flour : 1 cup
  • Fried green chillies for garnish : Optional
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : for deep fry

Instructions
 

  • Clean, wash the ladies finger and dry with a kitchen towel. Remove the upper part and slice the ladies finger [shape is in your choice].
  • Add red chilli powder, sliced onion, amchur powder, asafoetida , gram flour & salt.

  • Add little water and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ladies finger and 2 - 3 green chillies.
  • Serve hot.
