Chilli pieces : 3 tsp
Red onions or a small Bombay onion : 10 nos
Lime Juice : Half of a lime
Salt : to taste
Umbalakada (Maldive fish) : 1 no
Instructions
Cut onions into small pieces, add chilli pieces, add the lime Juice and salt.

Mix all well with Maldive fish (If have).
This is very good with roti, kiri bath (milk rice) and appam (Hoppers).
