  • Chilli pieces : 3 tsp
  • Red onions or a small Bombay onion : 10 nos
  • Lime Juice : Half of a lime
  • Salt : to taste
  • Umbalakada (Maldive fish) : 1 no


  • Cut onions into small pieces, add chilli pieces, add the lime Juice and salt.

  • Mix all well with Maldive fish (If have).
  • This is very good with roti, kiri bath (milk rice) and appam (Hoppers).
