Amberella Curry

Ingredients
  

  • Amberella : 3 nos
  • Bombay onion cut into big pieces : 1 no
  • Green chillies cut into 1 inch pieces : 2 nos
  • Curry leaves : 1 spring
  • Mustard seeds : ½ tsp
  • Small piece of Goraka : 1 nos
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Chilli pieces : 2 ts
  • Saffron : ¼ no
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Sugar : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the amberella and cut as shown in the picture. (Put seeds also)
  • Enter Step
  • Add bombay onions, green chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, piece of goraka, chilli powder, chilli pieces, saffron and a pinch of salt to taste and mix well.
  • Then add a cup of water and cook.
  • Enter Step
  • When the amberella is getting soft add sugar.
  • Remove from the fire while having its sauces.
