Ingredients

Amberella : 3 nos
Bombay
onion
cut into big pieces : 1 no
Green chillies
cut into 1 inch pieces : 2 nos
Curry leaves
: 1 spring
Mustard seeds
: ½ tsp
Small piece of Goraka : 1 nos
Chilli powder
: 1 tsp
Chilli pieces : 2 ts
Saffron
: ¼ no
Water
: 1 cup
Sugar
: 1 tsp
Salt
: to taste
Instructions
Wash and peel the amberella and cut as shown in the picture. (Put seeds also)
Enter Step
Add bombay onions,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
,
mustard seeds
, piece of goraka,
chilli powder
, chilli pieces,
saffron
and a pinch of
salt
to taste and mix well.
Then add a cup of
water
and cook.
Enter Step
When the amberella is getting soft add
sugar
.
Remove from the fire while having its sauces.
