Ghee : 1 tsp
Gram flour : 1 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : ½ cup
Nuts : as needed
Water : as needed
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add Gram flour . Fry till the aroma comes (do not burn).
Add milk.
Add the chopped cashews.
In another pan prepare sugar syrup (sugar mixed in water and boiled).
Add the sugar syrup.
Mix it well.
Serve hot or chilled.
