Kadala Maavu Halwa

Ingredients
  

  • Ghee : 1 tsp
  • Gram flour : 1 cup
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Sugar : ½ cup
  • Nuts : as needed
  • Water : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add Gram flour . Fry till the aroma comes (do not burn).
  • Add milk.
  • Add the chopped cashews.
  • In another pan prepare sugar syrup (sugar mixed in water and boiled).
  • Add the sugar syrup.
  • Mix it well.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
