Ingredients

Mushroom : 4 to 5 nos (button mushroom)
Onion :1 no
Chilly : 1 no
Mint leaves : few
Garam masala : ½ tsp
Paneer : 2 tsp ( grated )
Salt : as needed
Oil : to fry
Instructions
In a pan, add few drops of oil and sauté onion.
Add the green chillies and mint leaves as well.
To this add the garam masala and salt. Sauté.
Once done remove from flame and let it cool. Add the grated paneer.
In the mushroom remove the stem and also peel the center portion and make it hollow. Stuff the above.
In a pan add oil to the level the mushroom and fry.
Fry till the mushroom is crisp and serve hot.
:- Mushroom can also be boiled in water by adding salt for about 5 minutes so that the frying time is reduced.
For stuffing even corn makes a good choice.
