Ingredients
- Mushroom : 4 to 5 nos (button mushroom) -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Chilly : 1 no -
- Mint leaves : few -
- Garam masala : ½ tsp -
- Paneer : 2 tsp ( grated ) -
- Salt as needed -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- Add the green chillies and mint leaves as well.
- To this add the garam masala and salt. Sauté.
- Once done remove from flame and let it cool. Add the grated paneer.
- In the mushroom remove the stem and also peel the center portion and make it hollow. Stuff the above.
- Fry till the mushroom is crisp and serve hot.
- For stuffing even corn makes a good choice.
