  • In a pan, add few drops of oil and sauté onion.
  • Add the green chillies and mint leaves as well.
  • To this add the garam masala and salt. Sauté.
  • Once done remove from flame and let it cool. Add the grated paneer.
  • In the mushroom remove the stem and also peel the center portion and make it hollow. Stuff the above.
  • In a pan add oil to the level the mushroom and fry.
  • Fry till the mushroom is crisp and serve hot.
  • :- Mushroom can also be boiled in water by adding salt for about 5 minutes so that the frying time is reduced.
  • For stuffing even corn makes a good choice.
