  • Tomatoes : 4 large red
  • Egg : 4 nos
  • Capsicum : 1 medium chopped
  • Pepper corn : 5 to 6 nos ( crushed )
  • Olive oil : 2 tsp


  • Preheat oven to 180°C .Cut the bottom of the tomatoes slightly so that they can stand firm and the other end cut and scoop the stuff out.
  • Chop the capsicum and place it at the base of the tomato. Sprinkle some pepper and salt.
  • Add oil to it.
  • Followed by the egg white.
  • Bake the tomato in oven at 160° C for 10 minutes or till done. Serve hot
