Tomatoes : 4 large red
Egg : 4 nos
Capsicum : 1 medium chopped
Pepper corn : 5 to 6 nos ( crushed )
Olive oil : 2 tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C .Cut the bottom of the tomatoes slightly so that they can stand firm and the other end cut and scoop the stuff out.
Chop the capsicum and place it at the base of the tomato. Sprinkle some pepper and salt.
Add oil to it.
Followed by the egg white.
Bake the tomato in oven at 160° C for 10 minutes or till done. Serve hot
