Vegetable Momos Easy

Unique and wonderful vegetarian momos

Ingredients
  

For stuff :

  • French Beans : 5 nos
  • Cabbage : 100 gm
  • Carrot : 1 no
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Capsicum : 1 no
  • Parsley : few
  • Salt : As needed
  • Oil : as needed
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Jeera powder : 1 tsp

For rolls :

  • Maida : 200 gm
  • Baking soda : ½ tsp
  • Salt : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Grate carrot, cabbage. Cut french beans into small pieces, chop capsicum, onion and coriander.
  • Keep the masala powders ready.
  • In a pan heat oil
  • Saute all the vegetables.
  • Add all the masala powder and saute for 5 minutes.
  • When the vegetables are half cooked remove from flame and let it cool.
  • Prepare small chappathi using maida.
  • Place the stuff inside the chappathi and close it and twist.
  • Place it in steamer.
  • When the momos appears glassy and cooked smell comes remove from flame and serve hot.
