Crush the boiled potatoes.
Add the garam masala powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds and salt and mix it well and keep this mix separately.
Take the kadalamavu in a vessel and add some red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt in it.
Add required quantity of water (to make the mix in a loose paste form) and stir it well.
Keep this mix separately.
Take one slice of the bread and put some potato (mixed with masalas) and spread it well in the full surface of the bread as shown in below picture.

Cover this bread slice with another slice of bread.
Cut the bread slices into two pieces as shown in below picture.

Dip these bread slices in the kadalamavu paste full.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and then put the bread slices into the boiled oil.
Fry both sides of the bread slices and then take them out from the oil and keep separately to remove the oil completely.
Bread Pakoda is ready and it can be served with sauce or chutney as a snack for the evening tea / coffee.
