Ingredients

Cooked Rice (preferably Basmati Rice) : as reqd

tsp
Jeera : 3
cumin seeds
Half boiled green peas : ½ cup
Ghee : as reqd
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add the cumin seeds into the hot ghee.
Add the boiled green peas also.
When the colour of this mix turns into golden, add the cooked rice into it and stir it well, if necessary add some more salt also.
Jeera Rice is ready and can be served with Raitha (a dish prepared with curd, green chilli, tomato, onion etc.) / Pickle / Chutney etc.
