Potatoes : 3 nos
Carrot : 2 nos
Peas shelled : 1 cup

Freshly ground black pepper : few
Instructions
Boil the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Slice the carrots into ¼” thick round pieces.
Steam the carrots and peas together in a microwave with a little water.
Blanch the peas & carrots in cold water after they are cooked to retain the color and drain off all the excess water.
Mix the boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped dill, salt, freshly ground black pepper and mayonnaise together well.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped walnuts.
