Potatoes boiled and diced : ½ k gm
Fenugreek leaves chopped : 1 bunch
Coriander leaves chopped : 1 bunch

Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
Salt : to taste

Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
Add minced garlic and fry till golden brown.
Add green chillies and curry leaves and sauté.
Add chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for a minute and then add chopped coriander and sauté together for 3-4 minutes.

Add turmeric powder and sauté for 1 more minute.

Add boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.

Serve with roti.
