Ingredients
- Potatoes boiled and diced : ½ k gm -
- Fenugreek leaves chopped : 1 bunch -
- Coriander leaves chopped : 1 bunch -
- Garlic minced : 4 - 5 cloves
- Curry leaves – 10 - 12 nos
- Green chillies chopped : 3 - 4 nos
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Cumin seeds : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 - 5 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry for a minute.
- Add minced garlic and fry till golden brown.
- Add green chillies and curry leaves and sauté.
- Add chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for a minute and then add chopped coriander and sauté together for 3-4 minutes.

- Add turmeric powder and sauté for 1 more minute.

- Add boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.

- Serve with roti.
