Simple homemade paneerpetti

Ingredients
  

For Outer Layer :

  • All purpose flour : 1 cup
  • Egg : 1 no

For Filling :

  • Egg : 4 nos
  • Sugar : 4 tsp
  • Grated coconut : 2 tsp
  • Oil / Ghee : 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer grinder, grind the flour together with egg. In a pan, spread this to make small appam. (10 -13 nos).

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar.
  • In a deep pan, heat oil / ghee and add egg - sugar to this.
  • Mix thoroughly until it starts to set. Add grated coconut. Mix well and set off fire.
  • Fill and roll out the appam by following steps.
