For Outer Layer :
All purpose flour : 1 cup
Egg : 1 no
For Filling :
Egg : 4 nos
Sugar : 4 tsp
Grated coconut : 2 tsp
Oil / Ghee : 2 tsp
Instructions
In a mixer grinder, grind the flour together with egg. In a pan, spread this to make small appam. (10 -13 nos).

In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar.
In a deep pan, heat oil / ghee and add egg - sugar to this.
Mix thoroughly until it starts to set. Add grated coconut. Mix well and set off fire.
Fill and roll out the appam by following steps.
