Chop mango into small pieces.
Grind grated coconut, jeera and 3 shallots into a fine paste.
Roughly crush the mustard seeds. Add it to the coconut paste.
Mash the mango pieces and add this also to the coconut paste.
Heat oil, splutter the mustard seeds and then add the remaining shallots.
Add curry leaves and dried red chilli to this.
Stir once and add the mango mix and salt to it.
Mix well, add some water. Wait till the mixture is hot.
Now add fenugreek powder.Mix well and remove it from fire.
Mango pachadi is ready.
