Potatoes boiled & cubed : 5
Whole jeera / cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Urad dal : 1 tsp

Green chillies finely chopped : 3
Ginger finely chopped : 1” pc
Curry leaves : few
Lemon juice : 1 lemon
Sugar : 2 tsp
Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few
Oil : 3 tsp
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and temper with whole jeera, urad dal, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. (the urad dal should turn golden brown).
Enter Step
Add the boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.
Add the sugar and lemon juice and mix.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with puri or paratha.
