Aloo Sabzi

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Potatoes boiled & cubed : 5
  • Whole jeera / cumin seeds : 1 tsp
  • Urad dal : 1 tsp
  • 4 nos Green chillies finely chopped : 3
  • Ginger finely chopped : 1” pc
  • Curry leaves : few
  • Lemon juice : 1 lemon
  • Sugar : 2 tsp
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves : few
  • Oil : 3 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and temper with whole jeera, urad dal, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. (the urad dal should turn golden brown).
  • Enter Step
  • Add the boiled potatoes and salt and mix together well.
  • Add the sugar and lemon juice and mix.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with puri or paratha.
