Paneer Bell Pepper Tortilla

Ingredients
  

  • For dough
  • Maida : 1 ½ cup
  • Salt : to taste
  • Enough water : to make dough
  • For filling :
  • Green capsicum : 1 medium
  • Red capsicum : 1 medium chopped
  • Yellow capsicum : 1 medium chopped
  • Carrot : 1 small chopped
  • Paneer : 1 cup
  • Curd : ½ cup
  • Pepper powder : ¼ tsp
  • Green chilli chopped : 2 nos
  • Crushed garlic : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take maida and salt into a large bowl. Slowly pour the water into the flour, mix well and make a soft dough.
  • Keep this for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan add carrot and stir for few seconds.
  • Then add red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, crushed garlic, chopped green chilli and salt.

  • Stir for 2 minutes not over cooked.
  • Mash the paneer in a bowl, add curd, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

  • Add bell pepper carrot mixture in to this paneer mix. Stir well.

  • Take maida dough, divide into 5 portion on lightly floured surface, roll each portion in very thin.
  • Enter Step
  • Heat pan spread little oil and cook tortillas over the medium heat on each side or until lightly browned.
  • Spread the paneer bell pepper mixture over the tortillas. You can roll and cut it.Serve hot.
