Take maida and salt into a large bowl. Slowly pour the water into the flour, mix well and make a soft dough.
Keep this for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add carrot and stir for few seconds.
Then add red capsicum, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, crushed garlic, chopped green chilli and salt.

Stir for 2 minutes not over cooked.
Mash the paneer in a bowl, add curd, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.

Add bell pepper carrot mixture in to this paneer mix. Stir well.

Take maida dough, divide into 5 portion on lightly floured surface, roll each portion in very thin.

Heat pan spread little oil and cook tortillas over the medium heat on each side or until lightly browned.
Spread the paneer bell pepper mixture over the tortillas. You can roll and cut it.Serve hot.
