Ingredients
  

  • Chicken legs : 2 nos
  • Garlic : 6 cloves
  • Ginger : 1 small piece
  • Jeera : ½ tsp
  • Mace : few
  • Cloves : 2 nos
  • Cinnamon : 1 inch stick
  • Green cardamom : 1 big
  • Chilli powder : 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice : 2 tsp
  • Mint leaves : few
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : to fry

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the chicken legs.
  • Make gashes in the chicken legs.
  • Grind all the ingredients except oil and apply over the chicken legs.
  • Keep it for 30 minutes.

  • Steam the chicken in a pan for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Enter Step
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry both side of the chicken in the medium flame.
  • Remove in a dish and serve hot.
