Chicken legs : 2 nos
Garlic : 6 cloves
Ginger : 1 small piece
Jeera : ½ tsp
Mace : few
Cloves : 2 nos
Cinnamon : 1 inch stick
Green cardamom : 1 big
Chilli powder : 2 tsp
Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
Lemon juice : 2 tsp
Mint leaves : few
Salt : to taste
Oil : to fry
Instructions
Clean and wash the chicken legs.
Make gashes in the chicken legs.
Grind all the ingredients except oil and apply over the chicken legs.
Keep it for 30 minutes.

Steam the chicken in a pan for 15 - 20 minutes.
Enter Step
Heat oil in a pan and fry both side of the chicken in the medium flame.
Remove in a dish and serve hot.
