Charga Chicken
Pakistani Recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken legs : 2 nos
- Garlic : 6 cloves
- Ginger : 1 small piece
- Jeera : ½ tsp
- Mace : few
- Cloves : 2 nos
- Cinnamon : 1 inch stick
- Green cardamom : 1 big
- Chilli powder : 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice : 2 tsp
- Mint leaves : few
- Salt : to taste
- Oil : to fry
Instructions
- Clean and wash the chicken legs.
- Make gashes in the chicken legs.
- Grind all the ingredients except oil and apply over the chicken legs.
- Keep it for 30 minutes.
- Enter Step
- Steam the chicken in a pan for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Enter Step
- Heat oil in a pan and fry both side of the chicken in the medium flame.
- Remove in a dish and serve hot.
