Home Made Spicy Butter Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Curd / Buttermilk : 3
  • Green chilli : 2 nos. (or as reqd)
  • Ginger : 1 piece
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Curry leaves : 1 stem
  • Shallots : 2 nos

Instructions
 

  • Clean the ginger, curry leaves and shallots and cut them into small pieces.
  • Take the curd in a jug and add the cleaned and cut shallots, ginger, green chilli, salt and curry leaves with the curd.
  • Mix / grind all these items (curd, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, shallots and salt)together by using a blender / mixer.
  • Filter the mix and change it into a bottle / jar and store it in refrigerator.

  • As and when required, add about ¼ cup of the mix with cold / normal water and serve it.
  • This is a very healthy and tasty drink and free from all kind of chemicals. This drink is also economically viable and can be prepared at home very easily.
