- Curd / Buttermilk : 3 - 4 cup
- Green chilli : 2 nos. (or as reqd) -
- Ginger 1 piece -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Curry leaves : 1 stem -
- Shallots : 2 nos -

Instructions
- Clean the ginger, curry leaves and shallots and cut them into small pieces.
- Take the curd in a jug and add the cleaned and cut shallots, ginger, green chilli, salt and curry leaves with the curd.
- Mix / grind all these items (curd, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, shallots and salt)together by using a blender / mixer.
- Filter the mix and change it into a bottle / jar and store it in refrigerator.

- As and when required, add about ¼ cup of the mix with cold / normal water and serve it.
- This is a very healthy and tasty drink and free from all kind of chemicals. This drink is also economically viable and can be prepared at home very easily.
