This is a healthy nutrient dense drink that is complete and filling as well. Healthy and wholesome, this is what your body needs everyday. And above all, it aids weight loss too. You can add more healthy ingredients to this variety drink as you fancy and relish. Bananas unlike other fruits, makes a great combo with many fruits when blended into a shake. For kids you can also add a small scoop of ice cream for that yumm extra flavor. This is purely optional and am suggesting this just for kids below age of 10. What I like about Robusta  Milkshake is that this is one of the easiest milkshake dishes that requires few ingredients and can be blended in a few minutes. For working women and busy housewives you can skip other breakfast preparations and be content with Robusta Milkshake. It provides all sufficient energy and vitality to carry you throughout the day.

Try Robusta Milkshake at home and do send me feedback. Bananas provide several essential nutrients and aids heart health, digestion and weight loss. Bananas are among the most popular fruits. They vary in size, color and shape. I have opted Robusta banana for the drink. Bananas are rich in potassium, vitamins, fiber and several antioxidants. Bananas hold very little protein and almost no fat at all and they aid in moderating blood sugar levels too. And one vital point, you can reduce the number of almonds to 3 for kids. Have the milkshake fresh after blending. My kid loves the creamy texture of Robusta Milkshake and he loves it supposing to be milk. This is a great drink and take my word, you can observe a healthy glow to your skin and body in general. You can explore a well detailed Robusta Milkshake recipe here.
