  • 1 cup Tender coconut pulp slices
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 400 ml Frozen milk
  • 1 cup Tender Coconut water
  • 4 nos. Dates Remove the seeds
  • 2 tsp Boost


  • Put the tender coconut pulp slices into a blender.
  • Then add boost, coconut water and dates. Blend it well.
  • Now add sugar and frozen milk
  • Blend it well.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve chilled. Garnish it with some boost and chopped nuts.
