Instant Custard Drink | Custard Milkshake


Instant Custard Drink is a creamy and smooth beverage prepared using custard powder, milk and few other ingredients. This is a perfect instant drink that can be served on sunny days and even for occasions like Ramadan. You will love the flowy smooth texture that will make you stay satiated for hours together. You got to chill the beverage and there are no words to say – it is just super. With iron rich basil seeds it becomes double healthy. You get the flavors from custard powder which make it taste just like a smooth creamy custard. You can add more ingredients and dry fruits as per your creativity.   • 500+500 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1 no. Carrot Chopped or grated
  • 2 tbsp Basil seeds
  • 1 cup Condensed milk


  • Heat the milk and when it starts boiling, pour condensed milk.
  • Then add the corn flour mixture (custard powder mixed with some milk without lumps) and stir continuously until it becomes thick and switch off the flame.
  • Let it cool and pour the remaining milk and soaked basil seeds.
  • Add chopped carrot and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours at least.
  • Add some sugar if you want and serve chilled.
