Fried Calamari

Ingredients
  

  • 12 nos Calamari
  • All Purpose Flour - 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as needed to fry

Instructions
 

  • Take the cleaned Squid and slice into ring shape. Dry it by using paper towel.
  • In a mixing bowl mix the flour, pepper powder, oregano and salt. Put the dried squid into the flour and mix well.
  • In a frying pan heat the oil in a medium temperature. Place the squid in oil and fry until it becomes light brown color. Make sure it is not over cooked.
  • Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
