Kerala Mango Pickle Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Raw Mango
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 bigger Ginger
  • 10 nos Garlic
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Coconut oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut down raw mango into small pieces.
  • To that add smashed mustard seeds, smashed ginger, garlic, chilli powder,salt and mix it well.
  • In a pan, add coconut oil and when it is hot,add mustard seeds and hing powder to coconut oil and do seasoning.
  • Add this seasoning to the pickle.
