Chicken Sausage : 4 nos
Onion : half (chopped)
Tomato : 1 no (small pieces)
Green peas : ½ glass (boiled / cooked)
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Green chilly : 1 nos
Ginger : small piece
Turmeric powder : a pinch
Salt : as reqd
Instructions
Cut the sausages into small pieces as shown.
Take chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and ginger.
Cook in a little oil till the onion turns golden brown.
Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to this.
Add the sausages to this. Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked green peas and pepper powder to this.
Cook for a 10 minutes more.
Serve hot.
