Sausage - Green Peas Masala

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Sausage : 4 nos
  • Onion : half (chopped)
  • Tomato : 1 no (small pieces)
  • Green peas : ½ glass (boiled / cooked)
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Green chilly : 1 nos
  • Ginger : small piece
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sausages into small pieces as shown.
  • Take chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and ginger.
  • Cook in a little oil till the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to this.
  • Add the sausages to this. Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked green peas and pepper powder to this.
  • Cook for a 10 minutes more.
  • Serve hot.
