  • Cut the sausages into small pieces as shown.
  • Take chopped onion, tomato, green chilly and ginger.
  • Cook in a little oil till the onion turns golden brown.
  • Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder to this.
  • Add the sausages to this. Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add the cooked green peas and pepper powder to this.
  • Cook for a 10 minutes more.
  • Serve hot.
