Ingredients
  

  • Mint leaves : 1 cup washed with stems removed
  • Sugar : 1/2 cup
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Lime juice : 1/2 cup freshly squeezed
  • Ginger : a small piece
  • Ice cubes : few

Instructions
 

  • Grind mint leaves, sugar, ginger, water and lime juice.
  • Enter Step
  • Drain.
  • Add ice cubes with this syrup.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and serve [ Add water for thinner consistency] .
