Ingredients
  

  • Peeled Drumstick (wash and cut) : 3 nos
  • Coriander seeds : 1 ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves : 2 stem
  • Whole red chilly : 3 nos
  • Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
  • Dry mango powder : ½ tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Pepper powder : ½ tsp
  • Grated coconut : 4 tsp
  • Oil : 2 tsp
  • Water : as needed (to boil the drumstick)

Instructions
 

  • Boil the drumstick with turmeric powder and salt till soft.

  • We remove the extra water from the drumstick and keep it aside (or till the water evaporates) .
  • Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, curry leaves, and whole red chilly stir till it turn into a light brown colour .
  • Add drumstick, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, dry mango powder.
  • Stir well and keep few seconds in the low flame.
  • Add grated coconut and stir well.
  • Remove into a serving bowl.
