Boil the drumstick with turmeric powder and salt till soft.

We remove the extra water from the drumstick and keep it aside (or till the water evaporates) .
Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, curry leaves, and whole red chilly stir till it turn into a light brown colour .
Add drumstick, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, dry mango powder.
Stir well and keep few seconds in the low flame.
Add grated coconut and stir well.
Remove into a serving bowl.
