Carrots : 1 lb
Milk : 2 1/2 cups
Sugar : 1 1/4 cups or as reqd
Cardamom powder : 1/2 tsp
Ghee : 1 tsp
Chopped cashew nuts & almonds : 2 tsp each
Instructions
Grate the carrots.

In a sauce pan cook the grated carrot with milk and saffron.

Add sugar, cardamom and nuts.
Remove from heat.
Grease a plate with ghee and pour this and cut into burfis.
