Ingredients
  

  • Kadalapparippu / Split Chick Peas : 1 cup (cooked)
  • Egg : 5 nos
  • Sugar : 12 tsp
  • Cashew Nuts : 10 nos
  • Dry grapes : 10 nos

Instructions
 

  • Beat 5 eggs together with sugar for 10 minutes.
  • Enter Step
  • Grind well the cooked Kadalapparippu / split chick peas.
  • Enter Step

  • Add this to the egg-sugar mixture.
  • Beat for 20 more minutes (optional : add 2 tsp of butter to this, which softens the cake).
  • Cook in a pan on low flame. (A knife inserted in the middle of the cake must come out neatly) This takes around 30 minutes.
