Instructions
- Beat 5 eggs together with sugar for 10 minutes.

- Beat for 20 more minutes (optional : add 2 tsp of butter to this, which softens the cake).
- Cook in a pan on low flame. (A knife inserted in the middle of the cake must come out neatly) This takes around 30 minutes.
