Vegetables : 1 cup
Green chilly : 3 nos
Onion : ½ cup
Mustard : 2 tsp
Pepper powder : 3 tsp
Coconut powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Oil : 3 tsp
Curry leaves :1 spring
Instructions
Cook the vegetables using salt and pepper powder.

When it gets cooked add the coconut powder to it and stir well.
Then close the pan for 5 minutes and then off the flame.
Then heat another pan add oil in it, and then add mustard when it gets hot.
Then add onion and curry leaves to it.
Sauté it well and pour this to the cooked vegetable.
Serve hot with chappathi .
