Quick And Easy Vegetable Kuruma

Ingredients
  

  • Vegetables : 1 cup
  • Green chilly : 3 nos
  • Onion : ½ cup
  • Mustard : 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 3 tsp
  • Coconut powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : 3 tsp
  • Curry leaves :1 spring

Instructions
 

  • Cook the vegetables using salt and pepper powder.
  • Enter Step
  • When it gets cooked add the coconut powder to it and stir well.
  • Then close the pan for 5 minutes and then off the flame.
  • Then heat another pan add oil in it, and then add mustard when it gets hot.
  • Then add onion and curry leaves to it.
  • Sauté it well and pour this to the cooked vegetable.
  • Serve hot with chappathi .
