Crispy Banana Fry

Ingredients
  

  • Banana : 1 no
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp
  • All purpose flour : 3 tsp
  • Oats : 1 cup
  • Sugar : 1 tsp
  • Salt : ½ tsp
  • Water : as needed
  • Oil : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Slice banana in to pieces.
  • Mix corn flour, all purpose flour using water and add sugar and salt, then beat it well.
  • Mix sliced banana with this mixture and then mix with oats
  • Then heat a pan add oil in it and fry the banana when it gets hot.
  • Make the both sides brown.

  • Wipe off excess oil and serve hot with tea or coffee.
