Wash the rice well and keep a side to drain water.
Heat a pan and add oil in it, when it gets hot add dried grape in it and stir for 3 minutes.
Add onion in to it and stir well till it gets brown.
Add garam masala, salt, ginger powder, turmeric, pepper powder, cumin, chilly powder and stir for 3 minutes.
Add 3 ½ water to it (water added should be based on the rice boiling capacity).
When the water gets boil add rice in to it.
Then stir well close it, reduce flame and wait till it gets cooked.
Stir well.
Mix the rice well so that the ingredients gets mixed equally.
Transfer to the serving dish.
Its an Arabian dish and it will take maximum 30 minutes to cook.
