Vegetable Uppumavu

Ingredients
  

  • Semolina (rava) : 1 cup
  • Carrot : ½ piece
  • Beetroot : ¼ piece
  • Onion : ½ no
  • Tomato : ½ no
  • Shallot : 4 nos
  • Garlic : 1 no
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Green chilly : 1 no
  • Water : 2 cups
  • Mustard : 2 tsp
  • Oil : 1 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan and put oil in it when it gets hot add mustard.
  • When it splutters add the onion, shallot, ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilly, curry leaves in it.
  • When the matter gets brown add the vegetables in to it and wait till it gets half cooked.
  • Add 2 cup of water and let it boil.
  • When it gets boiled add rava or semolina in to it by stirring continuously.
  • Enter Step
  • When it gets boil off the flame and close the pan.
  • After 2 minutes open the pan and mix it well.
  • Transfer to the serving dish.
