Egg Roast In Kerala Style With Tomato

A very common egg roast

Ingredients
  

  • Egg : 4 nos
  • Onion : 2 nos
  • Garlic : 3 cloves
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Tomato : 1 no
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Garam masala : ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Oil : 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil egg and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot add onion , ginger , garlic and saute it well.
  • When it gets brown .
  • Add tomato in it.
  • Stir well.
  • Stir for 5 minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt.

  • Stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add egg by slicing little on its egg white so that the masala get mixed with it.
  • Enter Step
  • Stir well and close it for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to the serving dish.
