Egg : 4 nos
Onion : 2 nos
Garlic : 3 cloves
Ginger : 1 inch piece
Tomato : 1 no
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala : ½ tsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Salt : to taste
Oil : 2 tsp
Instructions
Boil egg and keep it aside.
Heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot add onion , ginger , garlic and saute it well.
When it gets brown .
Add tomato in it.
Stir well.
Stir for 5 minutes.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt.

Stir for 3 minutes.
Add egg by slicing little on its egg white so that the masala get mixed with it.

Stir well and close it for 5 minutes.
Transfer to the serving dish.
