Ingredients
  

  • Rice : 2 cup
  • Beans : 1/4 cup
  • Carrot : 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum : 1/4 cup
  • Onion : 1 no
  • Egg : 2 nos
  • Soya sauce : 2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce : 2 tsp
  • Water : 3 ½ cup or as sufficient
  • Garam masala : 2 tsp
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Easy Egg Fried Rice, wash the rice and keep aside in a sieve so that all water is drained.
  • Cook the vegetables using little salt and oil.
  • Add egg in to it and stir well .
  • When the vegetables egg and capsicum gets cooked keep it aside closed.
  • Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon of ghee or oil to it and add onion to it.
  • Add sufficient salt and rice to it and stir until the rice turns a slight colour change.
  • Add garam masala stir well and then add water.
  • Add soya sauce and chilli sauce to it.
  • Stir well and close it for 15 minutes.
  • When rice gets half cooked add the vegetables in it.
  • Stir well and close it for 5 minutes more.
  • Then its ready to serve .
