Ingredients

Rice : 1 cup
Urad dal : ½ cup
Egg : 2 nos
Onion : 3 tsp
Salt : to taste
Green chilly : 2 nos
Instructions
Soak rice and urad dal for 5 to 6 hrs.
Grind it using a mixer or grinder and add salt to it.
Take the egg and add 2 green chilly and onion and a little salt to it.
Mix it well.
Heat a pan add oil to it and when it gets hot pour the dosa batter to it and upon that pour egg batter about 1 table spoon.
Then spread it well.
Make the both sides cooked .
Then transfer to the serving dish.
