A Special Egg Dosa

  • Rice : 1 cup
  • Urad dal : ½ cup
  • Egg : 2 nos
  • Onion : 3 tsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Green chilly : 2 nos


  • Soak rice and urad dal for 5 to 6 hrs.
  • Grind it using a mixer or grinder and add salt to it.
  • Take the egg and add 2 green chilly and onion and a little salt to it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Heat a pan add oil to it and when it gets hot pour the dosa batter to it and upon that pour egg batter about 1 table spoon.
  • Then spread it well.
  • Make the both sides cooked .
  • Then transfer to the serving dish.
