Rice : 2 cup
Garam masala : 2 tsp
Green chilly : 1 no
Onion : ½ no
Potato : ½ cup
Carrot : ½ cup
Coconut milk : 2 cup
Ghee : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Water : 1 ½ cup
Instructions
Heat a pan add oil or ghee in it and when it hot add onion to it and stir well.
To this add carrot and potato and sauté it well.
Then add 1 ½ cup water to it .
When it gets boiled add rice to it and close the pan for 5 minutes.

Then add coconut milk to it and stir well.

Then close it and wait until it gets cooked.
When rice gets cooked stir it well and serve hot.
