Simple Chicken Samosa

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken (boneless) : 6 pieces
  • Onion : 1/2 no
  • Garlic : 2 cloves
  • Ginger : a small piece
  • Green chilly : 2 nos
  • All purpose flour : 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour : 1/2 cup
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder : a pinch

Instructions
 

  • Cook chicken using little water and salt.

  • When it gets cooked take only flesh from it and grind it using a mixer.
  • Then heat a pan add oil and when it gets hot add onion ,ginger , garlic and green chilly .
  • Stir well and when its brawn add powders and sauté well.
  • Then add chicken and salt if needed.
  • Then make smooth dough using all purpose and wheat flour by adding water and salt.
  • Then make it in to small round shaped balls.
  • Then by using a roller make it almost round shaped or square.
  • Cut it in to two.
  • Then add the chicken mixture to it.
  • Then make it in to triangle shaped or ball shaped .

  • Then heat a pan add oil in it and when its hot fry samosas .
  • Make it brawn both sides.
  • Wipe off excess oil.
  • Serve hot with tea or coffee.
