Ingredients
  

  • Boiled Eggs : 4 nos
  • Onion : 2 nos (chopped)
  • Chilly Powder : 4 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs. After removing the outer shell, mix them with 2 tsp of Chilly powder and salt.
  • Fry the eggs in a low flame.
  • In a pan, heat oil and fry chopped onions until it starts turning brown.
  • Add 2 tsp Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, the fried eggs and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
