Boiled Eggs : 4 nos
Onion : 2 nos (chopped)
Chilly Powder : 4 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1 tsp
Salt : as reqd
Instructions
Boil the eggs. After removing the outer shell, mix them with 2 tsp of Chilly powder and salt.
Fry the eggs in a low flame.
In a pan, heat oil and fry chopped onions until it starts turning brown.
Add 2 tsp Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, the fried eggs and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
