Ramzan Special Filled Banana
This is a very tasty and inevitable snack in the Malabar iftar cuisine. Its prepared by stuffing ripe plantain with coconut – nut mixtures and then dipped in a Maida batter and fried. It is mostly prepared during the Ramzan period.

Bananas : 3 nos
Egg : 3 nos.
Sugar : 5 tsp
Oil : 1 tsp
Instructions
Steam cook the bananas until it becomes soft.
Beat the eggs together with sugar.
Pour it into a preheated oiled pan. stir well.
Cut the bananas from middle, as shown in the pictures.
Fill them with the prepared egg mixture ( optional: it can be fried after filling, on a low flame, if required).
